MAXIMUM GATE WEIGHT We always mention the maximum gate weight which is allowed for our hinges. This weight is still under the maximum load. Locinox applies safety factor 3,5 which means that they can bear up to 3,5 times the maximally allowed gate weight without endangering safety. The maximum gate weights and the safety factor are only applicable for gates that comply with the following formula.
