ARM-G With VENUS, Locinox has continued its move towards automation in all areas of our business. In gate hardware, we developed the motorized drop bolt ELECTRADROP. In access control, we recently launched the battery powered code lock VALENTINO and in gate closers, we will soon have VENUS. We take this step into a new direction with our core values at heart. We always want to offer innovative products that are easy to install, reliable, versatile and durable. These are all represented by our first motorized gate closer, specifically developed for pedestrian gates up to 1400 mm and 100 kg. STRONG VENUS includes a brushless reversible motor that reaches up to 150 Nm. At least five seconds after the gate has been opened, VENUS guarantees a controlled closing of it. This is enough time for pedestrians to comfortably guide their bike through the gate. Even if someone would obstruct the closing cycle by pushing the gate back, the revolutionary motor remains unharmed and simply restarts the cycle. EASY To make life easier for installers, VENUS comes with a plug and play installation process. The motor and firmware are integrated in the compact 76 mm wide aluminium shell. Mounted with Quick-Fix and accompanied with 1 of 3 possible connecting arms, VENUS offers ease and versatility in installation. As soon as the straightforward 220 V wiring has been connected, she immediately works as a reliable gate closer. It doesn’t end there. With the right accessories, you can even open many more doors for this gate closer.
