Locinox opens up sales & distribution office in Chicago

Locinox NV, a leading provider of hydraulic gate closers, locks and other gate hardware announces that is has opened up its own sales & distribution office in Chicago in order to better serve the US market. Locinox current master distributor, who was already doing business under the name of ‘Locinox USA’ is joining forces with the newly established company.

Mik Emmerechts, CEO of Locinox NV, says “the decision to open up a Chicago distribution point fits well with Locinox’ desire as a manufacturer to have a direct presence in the US market. Locinox products are being distributed in more than 60 countries and our company desires to grow its USA business aggressively by being more present through the US distribution channels and with large fencing players.”

Locinox will leverage the existing customer relationships and product expertise of the current master distributor by retaining it’s key employees, Dave White and Bob Cooke. Business continuation will be enhanced by higher levels of investments in order to build out the business.

Locinox also announces that it has hired Rick Oleson as its Vice President of Sales in the USA in order to lead the sales efforts and expand the sales force. Mr. Oleson comes out of the building products industry and has been a General Manager with a national fence products sales distributor. Lieven Pieters, Worldwide VP of Sales & Marketing of Locinox, says “Rick is a valuable addition to our US team and his fencing expertise will help grow our business exponentially, especially with the release of our brandnew fencing products.
